Product Description
1.8% high phosphorus +0.2% adenine feed is mainly used for the construction of chronic renal failure model, high phosphorus will cause abnormal phosphorus metabolism in animals. Adenine will produce a large amount of uric acid after metabolism in the body, and high phosphorus will also affect the excretion of uric acid in the kidney and other organs. The combination of the two can induce hyperuricemia and renal injury in animals, which is widely used in the study of the pathogenesis of kidney disease, gout and other related diseases, pathological changes, drug development and treatment effect evaluation and other experiments. This product complies with the GB13078 "Feed Hygienic Standard".
Raw material composition
Corn, flour, wheat, chicken meal, soybean oil, premix for laboratory animals, sodium chloride, calcium hydrogen phosphate, adenine, etc.
